Small fixes first
Pre-Treatment Roof Tune-Up in Dunedin
Most older roofs have a few weak spots: a nail that has backed out, a cracked boot around a vent pipe, a couple of shingles lost to the last storm. We put those right before treatment so the whole roof is ready for it.

Why we fix these first
Treatment helps shingles stay flexible. It cannot reattach a missing tab or close the gap around a cracked boot, and those are exactly the places water tends to get in.
Taking care of them while we are on the roof anyway means the treatment goes onto a roof in good order. It also keeps the price clear, because the repairs are listed separately from the treatment.

Tune-up questions
Can I book a tune-up on its own?
- Of course. Plenty of roofs only need these repairs for now, and that is all we will quote.
Will replacement shingles stand out?
- We match color and style as closely as we can. They tend to blend in further once the roof has been treated and weathered a bit.

- Asphalt Shingle Roof RejuvenationPlant-based oil worked into sun-dried asphalt, so stiff shingles bend again and hold on to their grit.
- Roof Rejuvenation AssessmentA hands-on check of flexibility, grit, fasteners and flashing, ending in a clear answer on what the roof needs.
- Roof Re-Treatment & Maintenance PlansRegular check-ups and repeat treatments for a treated roof, timed by how the shingles are actually holding up.
